Margrethia is a genus of bristlemouths.

There are currently two recognized species in this genus:

• Margrethia obtusirostra <small>Jespersen & TÃ¥ning, 1919</small> (Bighead portholefish)
• Margrethia valentinae <small>Parin, 1982</small>
