Gmina Warta is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Sieradz County, à Âódà º Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the town of Warta, which lies approximately north-west of Sieradz and west of the regional capital à Âódà º.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 13,074 (out of which the population of Warta amounts to 3,388, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 9,686).

Gmina Warta is bordered by the gminas of Bà Âaszki, Dobra, Goszczanów, PÃÂczniew, Sieradz, Szadek, Wróblew, Zadzim and Zduà Âska Wola.
