Gmina Rutki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Zambrów County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Rutki-Kossaki, which lies approximately north-east of Zambrów and west of the regional capital Biaà Âystok.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 6,072 (5,801 in 2013).
The gmina contains part of the protected area called à Âomà ¼a Landscape Park.
