Gmina Prochowice is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Legnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Prochowice, which lies approximately north-east of Legnica, and west of the regional capital Wrocà Âaw.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2019 its total population was 7,450.
Gmina Prochowice is bordered by the gminas of Kunice, Lubin, Malczyce, Ruja, à Âcinawa and Woà Âów.
Apart from the town of Prochowice, the gmina contains the villages of Cichobórz, Dàbie, Golanka Dolna, Gromadzyà Â, Kawice, Kwiatkowice, Lisowice, Mierzowice, Motyczyn, Rogów Legnicki, Szczedrzykowice and Szczedrzykowice-Stacja.
