Aà ¡à ¡ur-nÃÂrÃÂrë II, inscribed maà ¡-à ¡ur-<small>ERIM.GABA</small> (=<small>DÃÂḪ</small>), "(the god) Aà ¡à ¡ur is my help," was the king of Assyria, the 68th to appear on the Assyrian Kinglist, ca. 1424âÂÂ1418 BC or 1414âÂÂ1408 BC depending on a later uncertainty in the chronology, at the tail end of the Old Assyrian period. The state of Assyria was to a degree under the domination of the Mitanni empire at this time and still recovering from their sacking of the city under à  auà ¡tatar.
He was the son of Enlil-nÃÂá¹£ir II, who had preceded him on the Assyrian throne. According to the Khorsabad Kinglist he reigned for seven years, the corresponding columns on the Nassouhi and SDAS Kinglists are damaged at this point. A legal text from Aà ¡à ¡ur is dated to the âÂÂEponym of Ber-nÃÂdin-aḫḫe, son of Aà ¡à ¡ur-nÃÂrÃÂrë, supreme judgeâ and another gives the witness âÂÂà  amaà ¡-kidinnu, son of Ibaà ¡i-ilu, son of Ber-nÃÂdin-aḫḫe, supreme judge.â The title and genealogy suggest Ber-nÃÂdin-aḫḫe may have been an otherwise unattested successor to Aà ¡à ¡ur-nÃÂrÃÂrë.
He was succeeded by his son, Aà ¡à ¡ur-bÃÂl-nià ¡eà ¡u.
