10-Hydroxy-THC (10ñ-OH-ÃÂ8-THC) is a phytocannabinoid, identified in trace amounts as a component of Cannabis sativa in 2015. It has two epimers, 10ñ-THC and 10ò-THC, of which the ñ epimer is the pharmacologically active component with similar or slightly higher potency compared to THC itself, while the ò epimer is around 100x weaker in vitro and only partially substituted for THC in animal tests. It can also be made synthetically, and has been sold as a designer drug.
