Resistomycin is an antibiotic with the molecular formula C<sub>22</sub>H<sub>16</sub>O<sub>6</sub>. Resistomycin is similar to hypericin. Resistomycin was first isolated in 1951 from the bacterium Streptomyces resistomycificus.
