Polymannuronate hydrolase (, polymannuronic acid polymerase) is an enzyme with systematic name poly(mannuronide) mannuronohydrolase. It catalyses endohydrolysis of the <small>D</small>-mannuronide linkages of polymannuronate.
This enzyme does not act on alginic acid, which is a copolymer of polymannuronate.
