Metaterol (), also known as isofenefrine, isopropylnoradrianol, and 3,ò-dihydroxy-N-isopropylphenethylamine, is a sympathomimetic and bronchodilator of the phenethylamine family that was never marketed. It is structurally related to norfenefrine, phenylephrine, and etilefrine.
