Ciclotizolam (WE-973) is a drug which is a thienotriazolodiazepine derivative. It is a partial agonist for the benzodiazepine site of the GABA<sub>A</sub> receptor, with similar binding affinity to related compounds like brotizolam, but a low efficacy.
