Zilim-Karanovo (; , Yeà ºem-Qaran) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative centre of Zilim-Karanovsky Selsoviet, Gafuriysky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 431 as of 2010. There are 10 streets.
