Wysoka Kopa is a mountain in the Jizera Mountains () of the Western Sudetes in south-western Poland. With an elevation of , it is the highest peak of the Jizera Mountains.
Wysoka Kopa lies in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship within the municipal area of Szklarska PorÃÂba, close to the CzechâÂÂPolish border. The summit area is part of a long, forested ridge system typical of the higher parts of the Jizera Mountains.
The mountain is located within the Izera Massif landscape, noted for extensive peatland complexes in the upper valleys. The nearby nature reserve Torfowiska Doliny Izery protects representative raised bog and transitional mire habitats of the region.
Wysoka Kopa is part of the LusatianâÂÂIzera Massif in the Western Sudetes, where gneissose rocks (often referred to as Izera gneisses) and mica schists are widespread, reflecting a complex metamorphic and magmatic evolution of the region.
The transboundary Izera Dark-Sky Park () covers parts of the ridge zone of the Izera Mountains; its described boundary follows the high ridge from Smrk (in the Czech part of the range) toward Wysoka Kopa.
