Wampenite is a rare organic mineral with the formula C<sub>18</sub>H<sub>16</sub>, found in Wampen, Fichtelgebirge, Bavaria, Germany.
Although structurally unique, chemically wampenite is similar to other minerals, like fichtelite, kratochvÃÂlite, ravatite, phylloretine, and simonellite.
