Vrbno nad Lesy () is a municipality and village in Louny District in the ÃÂstÃÂ nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.
Vrbno nad Lesy is located about southeast of Louny and northwest of Prague. It lies in an agricultural landscape in the Lower Ohà Âe Table.
The first written mention of Vrbno nad Lesy is from 1143, when it was donated to the Strahov Monastery by Duke Vladislaus II.

The main landmark of Vrbno nad Lesy is the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. It was built in the early Gothic style in 1250âÂÂ1290. In 1665, it was rebuilt in the Baroque style.
