As of 2026, Haitian citizens had visa-free or visa on arrival access to 48 countries and territories, ranking the Haitian passport 83rd in terms of travel freedom according to the Henley Passport Index. Along with Cuba and the Dominican Republic, it is considered the weakest passport in the Caribbean and Latin America for traveling.
