As of 1 October, 2025 the four nations of: The Commonwealth of Dominica, Barbados, Belize, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines offer the right of indefinite stay for their aforementioned citizens.
Holders of the following passports do not require a visa for 6 months (unless otherwise noted) to visit Dominica:
Nationals of France with ID card can visit visa free for a maximum stay of 2 weeks.
Nationals of Germany and United Kingdom with ID Card can visit visa-free for a maximum stay of 1 week.
