Viktor Musavirovich Afzalov (; born 9 June 1968) is a Russian colonel general, who has served as the Commander-in-Chief of the Aerospace Forces since 20 October 2023, when he succeeded Sergey Surovikin, who was removed by Vladimir Putin.
