Vejprnice is a municipality and village in Plzeà Â-North District in the Plzeà  Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 4,600 inhabitants.
Vejprnice is located about west of Plzeà Â. It lies in the Plasy Uplands, in a relatively flat landscape. The Vejprnický Stream flows through the municipality.
The first written mention of Vejprnice is in the foundation deed of the Bà Âevnov Monastery from 993. A fortress in Vejprnice was first documented in 1318. Thanks to its proximity to Plzeà Â, the municipality experienced rapid development in recent decades.
Vejprnice is located on the railway line Plzeà ÂâÂÂDomaà ¾lice.
The main landmark of Vejprnice is the Church of Saint Adalbert. The current church was built in 1722âÂÂ1723 and was designed by architect Frantià ¡ek Maxmilián Kaà Âka or his disciple Frantià ¡ek Ignác Preé.
