Văn Bàn district

VÃÂn BÃÂ n is a former rural district of LÃÂ o Cai province in the Northeastern region of Vietnam. As of 2019, the district had a population of 89,167. The district covers an area of 1,444 km<sup>2</sup>. The district capital lies at KhÃÂ¡nh YÃÂªn.

The district is located in the southern part of the province, on the right bank of the Red River.
