Stary Uà Âcimów is a village in Lubartów County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Uà Âcimów.
Three Polish citizens were murdered by Nazi Germany in the village during World War II.
