Urzulei () is a village and comune (municipality) in the Province of Ogliastra in the autonomous island region of Sardinia in Italy, located about northeast of Cagliari and about northwest of Tortolì. It has 1,043 inhabitants.
The municipality of Urzulei contains the frazione (subdivision) Silana.
Urzulei borders the municipalities of Baunei, Dorgali, Orgosolo, Talana, and Triei.
