"United Republic", also known by its incipit "Repeat, O World, My Song", is the national anthem of Yemen. It was written by ÿAbdullÃÂh ÿAbd al-WahhÃÂb NuÿmÃÂn to music composed by þAyyà «b ṬÃÂrish. It was formerly used as the national anthem of South Yemen and was adopted by Yemen when the country was unified in 1990.
During its usage by South Yemen from 1979 to 1990, the anthem was used without a title.
