Trương Tấn Bửu

TrÃÂ°ÃÂ¡ng TÃ¡ÂºÂ¥n BÃ¡Â»Âu (, 1752Ã¢ÂÂ1827), also called TrÃÂ°ÃÂ¡ng TÃ¡ÂºÂ¥n Long (), was a general and official of the NguyÃ¡Â»Ân dynasty of Vietnam.

He was born in 1752 in ThÃ¡ÂºÂ¡ch PhÃÂº ÃÂÃÂ´ng, GiÃ¡Â»Âng TrÃÂ´m District, BÃ¡ÂºÂ¿n Tre Province. In 1797, he joined the army of NguyÃ¡Â»Ân ÃÂnh and became a ÃÂÃ¡Â»Âc chiÃÂªu cai cÃÂ¡ (commander). Later, he became the Deputy Marshal of the NguyÃ¡Â»Ân's Army's Front Division. In 1802, after the unification of Vietnam, he became the military commander of Nguyen's armies in northern Vietnam and later the Viceroy of BÃ¡ÂºÂ¯c ThÃÂ nh. In 1816, he became the Deputy Marshal of the NguyÃ¡Â»Ân Army's Central Division which guarding HuÃ¡ÂºÂ¿, the capital of NguyÃ¡Â»Ân dynasty. In 1823, he took up the post of Viceroy of Gia ÃÂÃ¡Â»Ânh replacing LÃÂª VÃÂn DuyÃ¡Â»Ât. Shortly thereafter, he retired because of illness and then died in 1827 at the age of 75.
