Trðáng Tấn Bá»Âu (, 1752âÂÂ1827), also called Trðáng Tấn Long (), was a general and official of the Nguyá» n dynasty of Vietnam.
He was born in 1752 in Thạch Phú ÃÂông, Giá»Âng Trôm District, Bến Tre Province. In 1797, he joined the army of Nguyá» n ÃÂnh and became a ÃÂá»Âc chiêu cai cá (commander). Later, he became the Deputy Marshal of the Nguyá» n's Army's Front Division. In 1802, after the unification of Vietnam, he became the military commander of Nguyen's armies in northern Vietnam and later the Viceroy of Bắc Thành. In 1816, he became the Deputy Marshal of the Nguyá» n Army's Central Division which guarding Huế, the capital of Nguyá» n dynasty. In 1823, he took up the post of Viceroy of Gia ÃÂá»Ânh replacing Lê VÃÂn Duyá»Ât. Shortly thereafter, he retired because of illness and then died in 1827 at the age of 75.
Trðáng Tấn Bá»Âu, along with Nguyá» n VÃÂn Trðáng, Nguyá» n VÃÂn Nhán, Lê VÃÂn Duyá»Ât, and Nguyá» n Huỳnh ÃÂức have been counted as Nguyá» n ÃÂnh's Ngà © há» tðá»Âng ("Five Tiger Generals").
