Trichloro(dichlorophenyl)silane is a family of chemical compounds, all with formula Si(C<sub>6</sub>H<sub>3</sub>Cl<sub>2</sub>)Cl<sub>3</sub>. It is used as an intermediate in the manufacture of silicones.
