Travis Ranch was developed in 2004 by the centurion development group. Early pictures taken by a google earth satellite show this. Sadly for unknown reasons one of Hubbard DrâÂÂs bridges was taken down. The first houses were built by David Weekly and other unknown builders most likely related to centurion development. In 2006 Kimball hill came and build until 2008 when they filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy due to the 2008 housing crisis. Various builders including Lillian, Cheldan, Megatel, DR Horton and of course, Kimball hill built in this neighborhood. Currently CastleRock Communities will build the last remaining lots.
