Trąby coat of arms

TrÃÂby (, "Horns") is a Polish coat of arms. It was used by many szlachta (noble) families under the Kingdom of Poland and the PolishÃ¢ÂÂLithuanian Commonwealth.

History

The origin of the horn motif lies in the extent of lands conceded being determined by the distance a horn could be heard in all directions.
