The Tokai American Football Association (æ±海å¦çÂÂã¢ã¡ãªã«ã³ãÂÂãÂÂãÂÂãÂÂã¼ã«é£çÂÂ) (sometimes stylized as the "ToKai") is an American college football league made up of colleges and universities in the Tà Âkai region of Japan.
The League was founded in 1975.
