Tochigi 5th district (æ Âæ¨çÂÂ第5åº, Tochigi-ken dai-goku or simply æ Âæ¨5åº, Tochigi-ken goku) is a single-member constituency of the House of Representatives in the national Diet of Japan located in Tochigi Prefecture.
