Title 39 of the United States Code outlines the role of United States Postal Service in the United States Code. This title was formerly not divided into parts, but was divided into chapters. This title was divided into six parts by Public Law 86âÂÂ682 of 2 September 1960. This title was divided into five parts by the Postal Reorganization Act of 1970 (Public Law 91âÂÂ375):
