Theopompus (Ancient Greek: ÃÂõÃÂÃÂÿüÃÂÿÃÂ) was an Athenian poet of the Greek Old Comedy, the son of Theodectus or Theodorus. He produced 24 plays.
Twenty titles, along with ninety seven associated fragments, are all that survive of Theopompus' work.
