The Flying Doctor (radio serial)

The Flying Doctor was a popular British radio series on the BBC Light Programmes from 1958 to 1963 about the Australian flying doctor service.

The show was very popular in Britain and influenced the image of Australians.

It was adapted from the TV series The Flying Doctor (1959).

Episodes lasted half an hour.

Many episodes were written by Rex Rienits. It was produced by Vernon Harris.
