Thạch An district

ThÃ¡ÂºÂ¡ch An is a rural district of Cao BÃ¡ÂºÂ±ng province in the Northeast region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 31,942. The district covers an area of 683 km<sup>2</sup>. The district capital lies at ÃÂÃÂ´ng KhÃÂª.

ThÃ¡ÂºÂ¡ch An District consists of the district capital, ÃÂÃÂ´ng KhÃÂª, and 15 communes: ÃÂÃ¡Â»Â©c Long, Danh SÃÂ©, LÃÂª LÃ¡Â»Â£i, ÃÂÃ¡Â»Â©c XuÃÂ¢n, TrÃ¡Â»Âng Con, LÃÂª Lai, ThÃ¡Â»Â¥y HÃÂ¹ng, ThÃ¡Â»Â NgÃÂ¢n, VÃÂ¢n TrÃÂ¬nh, ThÃÂ¡i CÃÂ°ÃÂ¡ng, ÃÂÃ¡Â»Â©c ThÃÂ´ng, Quang TrÃ¡Â»Âng, Minh Khai, Canh TÃÂ¢n and Kim ÃÂÃ¡Â»Âng.
