is a Japanese badminton player who competes in doubles events. She won a bronze medal in women's doubles at the 2025 World University Games and secured her first BWF World Tour title at the 2026 Orléans Masters.
Nakade was born in Toyama Prefecture and began playing badminton at the age of six. She attended Takaoka Seibu Junior High School before moving to Toyama University of International Studies Affiliated High School, and subsequently enrolled in the Faculty of Law at Ryukoku University.
During her university years, Nakade won the women's doubles titles at the in 2023 and 2025, and the All Japan Student Mixed Doubles Championship in 2024.
Upon graduating from Ryukoku University, Nakade joined badminton team. In her debut professional season, she was named the Women's Rookie of the Year at the S/J League 2025 awards.
In 2025, Nakade and her partner Yumi Tanabe won a bronze medal in women's doubles at the World University Games in Mülheim, Germany.
In 2026, Nakade partnered with Miyu Takahashi at the Super 300 Orléans Masters, marking both her first BWF World Tour appearance and her first international Open event; her only prior experience outside the domestic circuit had been the 2025 World University Games. Competing together for the first time as a pair, Nakade and Takahashi won the women's doubles title, defeating Lin Chih-chun and Yang Chu-yun in the final.
