Stefanos Paparounas (Greek: ãÃÂÃÂÃÂñýÿààñÃÂñÃÂÿÃÂýñÃÂ, born 22 January 1990) is a Greek diver. He competed in the 3 m springboard event at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
