Spring Mills is an unincorporated community in Berkeley County, West Virginia, United States. Spring Mills is located along West Virginia Route 901. Spring Mills has a high school. The community has a historic district at the intersection of Hammond's Mill Rd. and Harlan Springs Rd. This area is under the National Register of Historic Places.
The Eastern Panhandle Transit Authority (EPTA) recommended a transit route for the community in the agency's June 2025 transit plan. The route would be called route A and would serve destinations in Martinsburg, WV along with the agency's transit center.
