Sople (German Zöpel) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Maà Âdyty, within Ostróda County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies by Lake Ruda Woda, approximately south of Maà Âdyty, north-west of Ostróda, and west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
