The series tells the story of Nasser, a Palestinian man who loses his siblings in a bombing that targets his family home. He becomes solely responsible for caring for his injured nephew, Younis, amidst a lack of medical care and the difficulty of reaching safe areas. As events unfold, Nasser faces a series of challenges, from trying to save the child and finding shelter to clinging to his land in an increasingly harsh reality. Meanwhile, Dr. Salma, an Egyptian doctor volunteering with a medical aid convoy, arrives at field hospitals in the Gaza Strip.
