The Sà Âch'ang Line is an electrified railway line of the Korean State Railway in Tà Âkch'à Ân-si, South P'yà Ângan Province, North Korea, running from Tà Âkch'à Ân on the P'yà Ângdà Âk Line to Sà Âch'ang. It connects to the Sinsà Âng Line at West Tà Âkch'à Ân, whilst the Hoedun Line and the Hyà Ângbong Line connect at Ch'à Âlgisan.
Local passenger trains 723/724 operate between Tà Âkch'à Ân on the P'yà Ângdà Âk Line and Hyà Ângbong on the Hyà Ângbong Line via Sà Âch'ang Line, stopping at West Tà Âkch'à Ân and Ch'à Âlgisan on this line.
