The slender-billed weaver (Ploceus pelzelni) is a species of bird in the weaver family, Ploceidae. It is sparsely distributed across equatorial Africa, namely along the shoreline of the Gulf of Guinea and Congo River and the Lake VictoriaÃÂ region.
