Silginy is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Barciany, within KÃÂtrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia. It lies approximately north-west of Barciany, north-west of KÃÂtrzyn, and north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
