Seulo () is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about north of Cagliari. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 970 and an area of .
It borders the following municipalities: Aritzo, Arzana, Gadoni, Sadali, Seui, Villanova Tulo.
For the period 1996 to 2016, Seulo claimed to have 20 centenarians.
