Sarah Keilty-Dilling (born July 15, 1993) is a Canadian professional soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for Northern Super League club Calgary Wild FC.
Keilty-Dilling was born in Calgary and grew up in Oakridge, and began playing organised soccer with Calgary South West United before moving to Chinooks FC and eventually returning to play again for Calgary South West United. She attended goalkeeper training camps alongside men's professional goalkeeper Marco Carducci. She attended Henry Wise High School.
Keilty-Dilling played for NCAA Division I team the University of Texas at El Paso from 2011 to 2015. She made 82 appearances for the UTEP Miners, starting in each game. She hold the program record for games played, wins (41) and clean sheets (20), and was named the UTEP Female Athlete of the Year in 2014 during her senior year.
Following her college graduation, Keilty-Dilling spent 2015 with FC Tucson of the Women's Premier Soccer League, earning 5 clean sheets, winning the team MVP award and being named a League All-Star.
Keilty-Dilling returned to Calgary in 2016, playing for United Women's Soccer league club Calgary Foothills WFC, being named captain and UWS Goalkeeper of the Year in 2022.
On November 13, 2024, Keilty-Dilling was announced as Northern Super League club Calgary Wild FC's third-ever signing, and one of the first two home-grown Calgarians alongside Grace Stordy, ahead of the inaugural NSL season. Speaking about the ability for Canadians to play in a domestic professional league, she said "To have that dream now be an actual tangible thing that young girls in Calgary can really dream of (in an) 'it actually exists' kind of way is so special and so amazing". She began the Keepers Corner initiative with the Wild, a program which provides tickets to youth and their families from "underserved communities" and created a dedicated space for them during home games in Section W of McMahon Stadium. The program began with outreach to and focus on students from Ian Bazalgette Junior High School, the school at which Keitly-Dilling had worked as a physical education teacher prior to her signing for the Wild. She won the NSL Instant Impact award in August 2025 for her work with Keepers Corner.
Keilty-Dilling played for Canada at the 2017 World University Games and was called up to national team camps at the U20 and U17 levels in 2010.
After her year with FC Tucson, Keilty-Dilling served as an assistant coach with the Calgary Dinos before joining Calgary Foothills.
