The Sanremo Music Festival 1965 (), officially the 15th Italian Song Festival (), was the 15th annual Sanremo Music Festival, held at the Sanremo Casino in Sanremo between 28 and 30 January 1965, and broadcast by (RAI). The show was presented by Mike Bongiorno, assisted by Grazia Maria Spina. Gianni Ravera served as artistic director.
According to the rules of this edition every song was performed in a double performance by a couple of singers or groups. The winners of the festival were Bobby Solo and The New Christy Minstrels with the song "Se piangi, se ridi". Solo went on to perform the song for at the Eurovision Song Contest 1965, held on home soil in Naples.
All shows were broadcast on Secondo Programma (radio). The semi-finals was broadcast on Secondo Programma (radio) at 21:10 CET and on Secondo Programma (television) at 21:15 CET. The final was broadcast on Programma Nazionale and on Secondo Programma at 21:00 CET.
