Saitama 2nd district (å¼çÂÂçÂÂ第2åº, Saitama-ken dai-niku or simply å¼çÂÂ2åº, Saitama-ken niku ) is a single-member constituency of the House of Representatives in the national Diet of Japan located in Saitama Prefecture.
