Saint-Sulpice-de-Cognac (, ) is a former commune in the Charente department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in southwestern France. On 1 January 2024, it was merged into the new commune of Val-de-Cognac.
Its inhabitants are known as Saint-Sulpiciens and Saint-Sulpiciennes in French.
Saint-Sulpice-de-Cognac, as the whole region of Cognac, is located west of the department of Charente and has a marine climate.
