Rutinose is the disaccharide also known as 6-O-ñ-<small>L</small>-rhamnosyl-<small>D</small>-glucose (C12H22O10) that is present in some flavonoid glycosides. It is prepared from rutin by hydrolysis with the enzyme rhamnodiastase.
