Ruslan Anatoliyovych Kachur (; born 9 June 1982 in Vatutine, Cherkasy Oblast, Ukrainian SSR) is a former Ukrainian footballer.
He is a product of the Vatutine and Cherkasy sports schools system, and later played for clubs from Central Ukraine.
