Romas Lileikis is a Lithuanian poet, musician, film director, and the president of self-recognized Republic of Uà ¾upis.
Lileikis is a director of five movies: Aà ¡ esu (I Am) (1990), Olandà ³ gatvà(Dutch Street), Anapus (Beyond) (1995), K+M+B (2001), and Saà ¡a (Sasha) (2006), and author (composer and lyricist) of three music albums: KiaulÃÂs sakmà(The Pig's Saga), Evangelija nuo Romo (Gospel of Romas), and Requiem.
Lileikis has also been titled President of Uà ¾upio Respublika. Uà ¾upio Respublika (Republic of Uà ¾upis) is a social and artistic community based in area of Uà ¾upis, Vilnius. Uà ¾upio Respublika has its own constitution and government. Uà ¾upio Respublika has four honorary citizens - Jonas Mekas, Dalai Lama, UgnàKarvelis, and Zenonas à  teinys.
