Robert Pearson (5 November 1936 â 8 July 2024) was a British-born American chef.
Pearson was born in London on 5 November 1936. He was a hairdresser. Pearson was chef and proprietor of Stick to Your Ribs, a barbecue restaurant in Stratford, Connecticut. He died from complications of Alzheimer's disease at his home in Manhattan, on 8 July 2024, at the age of 87.
