Rakhat Kalzhan (born 19 October 1998) is a Kazakh freestyle wrestler who competes in the 57 kg weight class.
Rakhat Kalzhan won a silver medal at the 2022 Asian Wrestling Championships in Ulaanbaatar, and bronze medals at the 2023 edition in Astana and the 2025 edition in Amman. He also claimed bronze at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games in Konya.
Kalzhan finished 14th at the 2022 World Wrestling Championships, and placed ninth at the 2022 Asian Games. He also won a bronze medal at the 2018 Asian Cadet Championships.
